First things first, I learn your business like it's my own. We do a full audit of the backend, I get inside your systems, your inbox, your processes, all of it, and figure out exactly what needs to be fixed, tightened up, or built from scratch. By the end of month one things are already running smoother and you are already wondering why you waited so long. (honestly, same 😂)
This is the part you have been waiting for.
I am fully in the backend, handling the day to day, keeping every moving piece moving, and dropping you a weekly snapshot so you always know where things stand without having to dig for it. You design while I handle LITERALLY everything else.
An hour or two in the first couple of weeks to get me up to speed, that's all. After that I work independently and only come to you when something genuinely needs your eyes on it. No managing me, hand holdings, or task lists. Its just you doing the work you love while I hold everything else down.
let's get into it
If you're booked out, overwhelmed by the behind the scenes tasks, and tired of being the only one holding everything together, it's right for you. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. That is literally what I am here for. If you're a brand or web designer with a consistent client load and you're ready to trust someone else with the backend, we are a great fit.
Still not sure? Book a clarity call and we'll figure it out together.
How do I know if this is right for me?
A VA waits to be told what to do, I don't.
If you want someone to hand tasks to and manage, a VA might be what you're looking for. But if you want someone who looks at the whole operation, figures out what needs to happen, and just handles it without you having to think about it, that's an OBM. And honestly if you are reading this page you probably already know which one you need.
Do I need a VA instead of an OBM?
If you have a consistent flow of clients, you're feeling the weight of the backend, and you're ready to invest in getting your time and freedom back, your business is ready. You don't need to be making six figures or have a team of ten. You just need to be booked out, overwhelmed, and done doing it all alone.
Is my business big enough for this?
You wake up, make your coffee, open your design tool and get to work. Your inbox is already handled. Your follow ups are already out. Your clients are already taken care of. You get a weekly snapshot from me so you always know where things stand. If something genuinely needs your attention I'll bring it to you. That is your new day to day!
What does working together actually look like day to day?
The biggest difference is that I don't need to be managed. I'm not waiting for a task list or checking in to ask what to do next. I look at the whole operation, figure out what needs to happen, and handle it. If you have hired a VA before and ended up managing them more than they helped you, this is totally different. Not to mention, hiring a VA is much more manageable AFTER hiring an OBM who is able to set up systems and processes for the VA to successfully follow.
How is this different from hiring a VA I have tried before?
