I spent years as a teacher building systems and processes clear enough for anyone to walk in and run independently. I didn't know it at the time but that skill was going to become the foundation of everything I do now.
When I stepped into the online business world I realized pretty quickly that the thing booked out designers were missing was someone who could look at their whole operation and just handle it for them, who did not need to be managed or told what to do. Someone who treated their business like it was their own.
Aaaaannd then there is the reason this is really personal for me.
My son came after a LONG fertility journey and 4 month NICU stay that taught me on a deeply human level how precious time and presence actually are. I didn't build this business just to have a business. I built it because I know what it feels like to fight for something and finally have it in your arms and want to be completely present for it.
That is what I want for you too.
I know what it feels like to build something for your family and feel like it is pulling you away from them instead. I know that the behind the scenes of your business being overwhelming is inconveinient AND standing between you and the reason you started in the first place.
This is my why, and my promise that I will show up for your business the way you show up for your clients every single day.
Hiiii, I'm Tiara. Boy mom, former teacher, *slight* introvert, and the person your design business has been waiting for (I know that sounds bold but give me a second and I'll show you why).
Soooooo why designers specifically?
Welllll because I have been close enough to this world to know it really well (my previous business was being a web designer).
I have seen what it looks like to be great at creative work but completely buried by everything around it.
I know what a booked out design business looks like behind the scenes, the inbox, the project juggling, the contractor managing, the proposals going out late because there was no one keeping track (UGH).
I know also know that most OBMs are not speaking directly to you. They're talking to coaches and course creators and service providers in general. I am talking to you specifically.
The designer who has eight active clients, one person helping her, and absolutely zero capacity left for the backend.
That is not an accident, its on purpose.
I have seen what it looks like to be great at creative work but completely buried by everything around it.
